Returns Policy

Unused goods

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Sunnyfield International, you may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for equipment that shows any evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded, where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We will refund the full cost of the goods but not the shipping fees.

Faulty goods

All goods come with a 12 month Warranty backed by the manufacturer.

If a product is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use, then the following action needs to be taken. For purchases under 30 days old, we will exchange the item at our expense. Please contact our Sales team on 0151 924 3692 to arrange an exchange.

For purchases over 30 days old and less than 12 months old - please send back the item to the address below. We will inspect the item & report back to you. If there is a manufacturing fault then we will return the item to the factory for repair – this may take 6 to 7 weeks as the factory is overseas. If the instrument shows no sign of wear we would be willing to replace with a replacement instrument at no cost.

If the item shows signs of excessive physical abuse (knocks etc) we will provide a quote for repairing the item.

Returning a product

Send your Unused or Faulty product(s) to our Heywood distributor. Please include a covering note with your name, address, contact tel. and date of purchase.

Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a reputable courier e.g. Business Post, Parcel Force etc for larger items and Royal Mail Signed-for or Special Delivery for smaller items. We can accept NO responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Please note : We are unable to refund shipping costs.
